Fokins LLC is the personal business entity of Gennadii Fokin, a chat admin and industry commentator rather than a tower-subcontracting operation. Fokin publicly identifies the company in chat: "I have Fokins LLC, from the surname Fokin" — named after his family, framed as a handyman business rather than tower subcontracting. The company is on this census not as a scheme operator but because of the audit-evasion coaching Fokin provides from his position as a chat admin.

I'll share the skill of handling an issue with the CM in case of screwups. I'll teach you how to serve the market, where the pay is small but stable". VQA is the Vendor Quality Assurance review where prime contractors inspect completed site work before sign-off. "Show defects on VQA so they don't get caught" is the explicit coaching of photo-manipulation techniques to pass VQA audit without having actually performed compliant work. The audience is the same Russian-speaking tower-work community that receives the recruiting ads of the thirty-four scheme operators above.
