Ivan, the MIA principal, runs a continuous public price list for fabricated safety certifications alongside MIA's tower-work recruiting. "Want to work on cell towers but don't have certifications? We'll help you get them fast and cheap! OSHA 30 for $250, OSHA 10 for $100, RFA, Hazcom and other certs from $20 to $30! Any other online certs or courses". The same ad copy is reposted across 15+ instances from April 2025 through January 2026 — the volume confirms this is not a side line but a business segment. Later variants of the ad offer "other online certs or courses" with the same price structure, expanding the catalogue.
Ivan does not only sell certifications — he articulates, in public, the industry-wide velocity that makes the fabrication viable. "Half of companies issue certs themselves. And all in one day. I've even seen OSHA 30 on guys. Recently our worker's friend got TTT1 after a week of work. He says, let me get one too. 100% professional — at 19 years old" — the sentence that converts MIA's price list into a structural finding about the entire certification apparatus of the tower-work industry. Ivan has also shared, directly in a chat thread, a Word document containing TTT-1 test answers — a subsequent chat commenter confirms using the file plus community-shared photos to pass his own TTT-1 exam. Ivan's tagline on the test-answer file: "Here are the tests for all years in one file" — the credential is not a competence marker, it is a paperwork requirement, and MIA has systematized the shortcut.
Ivan extends the public-advisory posture into tax fraud: "Buy a Prius on the company. Turn it over to a taxi driver for cash. Write off $0.725 per mile on your taxes" — a scheme for inflating deductible mileage by pretending company-owned vehicles are in business use when they have been sold to cash operators. MIA Services' own recruiting posts from Ivan's account cover Tiger Team climber positions in Miami, Kansas, and Nebraska — with weekly pay and a TSC certification requirement. That "TSC climber certificate" requirement places MIA Services inside TSC Construction's subcontracting chain, not directly for a carrier or tower owner. A cert-fabrication operator running a TSC sub, posting fake-cert price lists on the same recruiting channel where it advertises TSC work. A second MIA principal posts separate recruiting copy claiming "10 years of industry experience" — the compliance-polished public face. Ivan is the commercial engine.
