Gedas's allegation, in writing: "Welcome one more great company to the black list. Alphatec or SVM Century or Milevcorp are subcontractors on Phoenix United". If accurate, the supply-chain structure is Phoenix United → Alphatec/SVM/Milevcorp → the crews that the Alphatec cycling pattern stiffs — which would place Phoenix United in the same structural position vis-à-vis its downstream LLC-cycling subcontractor that TSC occupies vis-à-vis Vicomms.
