ROSTTEC's public recruiting targets T-Mobile work across Illinois (Chicago base), Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri, with company-paid housing, transport, and tools. A representative ROSTTEC post lists operator TMO, the state footprint, and as requirements: "Legal status in the US (Work [authorization])". Another recruiting post for Top Hand roles requires "Residency in Illinois, Basic English, Experience required, TMO operator knowledge, independent up-top work, Legal status in the US (Green Card, Work)" — explicit immigration-status requirements listed in a hiring ad.
A subsequent recruiting post repeats "Legal status in the US (Work [authorization])" with the same state footprint and conditions, and another with "Legal status in the US (Green Card, Work)" as the sole hard requirement beyond the experience and residency language. Four separate ROSTTEC postings, consistent compliance language across all of them. The private DM corroborates the public posture — ROSTTEC is the DM counterpart that did not accept the investigator's LLC-only disclosure, making it the single editorial counterexample the investigation preserves: the scheme is not universal in this market. It is dominant, but it is not exhaustive.
