Requiring an LLC for a helper role is the scheme's most explicit signal that the arrangement is structural to the company, not to a specific job function. A Helper is not a subcontractor by trade or by economic reality. SkySkor's arrangement treats a Helper as if he were, because the 1099 architecture simplifies the hiring process regardless of what the role actually is.

SkySkor's evidence is the ad. No DM exchange documented; no wage-theft complaint; no supply-chain admission. The ad itself is the finding. The Helper role is the tell — the company isn't running the arrangement only for the nominally-subcontractor positions where an ambiguity about economic independence might theoretically exist. It's running the arrangement for a ground-role position where the worker is, by every IRS common-law factor, an employee. An "open company" as a Helper-role credential is not a compliance posture. The primes contracting SkySkor's work could read this ad on the same Telegram channel SkySkor recruits in. The arrangement is published; no DM-channel obfuscation is available because SkySkor used the public ad to state the scheme. The vendor-management program above SkySkor could verify, against its own certification systems, whether the helpers on SkySkor closeouts are credentialed for the tower-site work and on what authorization. It has not. It knows.
