WZRD LLC and 4Tech share one Telegram account. The same operator posts recruiting copy under both brand names, for the same EPA AT&T swap market, with the same 5/2 schedule, using the same language. The WZRD LLC recruiting ad: "climber needed with certificates and LLC for EPA market ATT Swaps" — LLC stated as a required credential alongside certifications, the public-channel LLC-as-SSN-substitute pattern in its cleanest form. And the same post appears under the alternate company name: "Hi, need a climber with certs and LLC for EPA market ATT Swaps. Company 4TECH" — WZRD and 4Tech as two invoice headers for one recruiter's hiring pipeline.

WZRD's separate existence as an LLC does operational work. For a prime-contractor vendor-management system checking recent hires, WZRD and 4Tech appear as two distinct suppliers. For the applicant on the receiving end of a recruiting ad, the two brands appear as two different opportunities. For the operator running them, they are a single funnel with two public names — the scheme variant in which the shell-LLC architecture is operated horizontally (two active brands in parallel) rather than vertically (successive brands over time as LLCs dissolve and re-form). AT&T contracts the EPA swap work that WZRD and 4Tech bill for under their two separate names. AT&T's vendor-management program could check, against its own supplier records, whether WZRD LLC and 4Tech share a recruiter, a phone number, a hiring channel — the multi-brand-single-operator pattern is documented in plain text in the same Telegram channel where both brands recruit. It has not. It knows.
