- Hello, I'm writing about the job posting. Looking for work, 5 years' experience, top hand/crew lead. I've done all the carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon). Troubleshooting, PIMs, Sweeps, OTDR, etc. I've worked at the same company for 5 years, looking for other options. I have an LLC, no SSN. What openings do you have? We work T-Mobile; payment is 2 weeks after the site is closed out — a percentage of the site minus expenses (gas, lodging, materials), on average about 10–15 thousand a month, depending on your speed and skill. - Prep: Installing h-frames, relocating AT&T equipment, temp relocation of TMO equipment from the existing h-frame. Need to see photos but most likely install new h-frame with new PPC; if conduits are too small (most likely) run new conduits with cabling to the cabinet location. Prep the new cabinet. At the same time up on top, mount MOD for the top sector, hot-slide existing antennas, install new ones, install hybrids, prepare for cutover. Cutover: install new cabinet, connect new power wire, hybrids, GPS, etc. Put the site on air (to minimize site outage). Install the 2nd cabinet (might be already installed), connect everything on the ground + grounding of the new cabinets, finish up on top, decom legacy equipment from both CLs, decom mounts, old hybrids, etc. Dress up, clean up, wrap up. This is roughly how I'd do it — I haven't built Nokia in a while, so I might be off somewhere. Actually I'd bring a generator, move the existing cabinet, reconnect it to temp power, and calmly finish the whole bottom without any outages; meanwhile everything up top would be ready for cutover... something like that. Это как бы делал я, давно нокию не строил, по этому могу где-то ошибиться. А вообще я бы привез генератор, передвинул существующий кабинет, переподключил бы его на темп Пауэр, и спокойно закончил весь низ без всяких отключений, за это время на верху все было бы готово к катовер...как-то так
